When using TechnoVisionCore’s offerings, it’s important to understand the agreement between you and the us. TechnoVisionCore’s Terms of Service (ToS) outlines the rules, responsibilities, and limitations, covering details like user eligibility, prohibited activities, liability limitations, and policy changes. - Service Commencement: All selected packages will commence within 24 hours of receiving the full payment from the customer.
- Initial Consultation: Upon receiving the order, our team will schedule an initial 1-on-1 online consultation meeting with the customer to discuss the project scope, gather required information, and establish a timeline and communication plan.
- Online Delivery: All work associated with the selected packages will be delivered entirely online. This includes, but is not limited to, meetings, draft reviews, revisions, and final deliverables.
- Draft Review: After the initial work is completed, the customer will be provided with a draft for review. Feedback and adjustments can be provided during this stage.
- Final Approval: The customer must provide final approval before the handover process can begin. Once approved, any further changes may be subject to additional fees.
- Communication: Our team will maintain regular online / call communication with the customer throughout the duration of the project to ensure timely delivery and address any questions or concerns.
- Revisions: One revision is included in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.
- Intellectual Property: All work produced as part of the selected packages remains the property of TechnoVisionCore until full payment is received. The customer will receive full rights and ownership upon completion of the project.
- Refund Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail support@technovisioncore.com. If you request a refund within 2 days of placing your order, and no work has been started, we will provide a full refund after deducting the payment fees. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.
- Limitation of Liability: TechnoVisionCore shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the services. The total liability of TechnoVisionCore shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
- Amendments: TechnoVisionCore reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
